color of the rainbow

 The Final Product!

This is such a cool piece of art that me and my sister set out to do. While it looks easy, the wax hardens very easy and can make weird clumps, but it also makes great texture.
 Steps
1. Super Glue the crayons to the top of the canvas
2. Take a blow dryer and on high blow the top of the crayons facing downward. (Note: When blow drying, don't move onto the next section too fast, start on one side and blow until that section is the way you want it to look and then move on)
3. Put up on the wall and enjoy!

So I have been meaning to make a post in this dress because it has become my new favorite item. It literally works on all shapes and is so loose and comfy. I absolutely adore it and had to sell all my old 7th grade wardrobe to afford it, but it was totally worth it. The colors are gorgeous and the fabric is really light.
Well I better be off to watch Mad Men..

Maggie is back! Sorry I haven't blogged all summer, but I just haven't had the time or effort. But to kick off this new school year, I thought I'd make a post to end the summer. I hope that this year I will be able to blog weekly!

off to make brownies, xoxo
